History: When Link was in the Sacred Grove, he ran into a wild baboon. Link fought the baboon, but he had an advantage, the baboon had the Gale Boomerang. Link had to shoot his slingshot at the baboon to make him fall off pillars. After Link made him fall, he sliced it with his sword, when the baboon couldn't take it anymore, it ran off, leaving the boomerang behind.
